Verifying the Robotic Client Installation
To verify that Real-Time client is running in Robotic Automation mode:
1. | Verify that you have assigned the solution to a team (see Assign the Robotic Automation Solution to a Team |
2. | Verify that the robot is running and is not set to sleep mode in the Robot Service Schedule. See the Robotic Automation Solution Guide. |
3. | Start the Client. |
4. | Go to the Automation Portal and verify that the robot is running and processing tasks. |
